Returns or exchanges
Within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is sealed in its original packaging and unopened, as skincare and haircare products cannot be resold once opened.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a broken item or one that differs from your order, let us know within 48 hours with a photo of the product and we will replace it at no cost to you.
Shipping fees
For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the shipping fees. For change-of-mind returns, shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Within 7 business days of receiving the returned product, via the original payment method or an e-wallet.
